Initiate Your Request
Log into your Folders account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
