This Stainless steel rimmed glass lid was designed in Denmark to fit the "The Square" 28 x 28cm TechnIQ Roasting Pan. It is made from tempered glass making it easy for you to view your cooking without having to lift the lid. The lid also features a cast steel handle.Oven Safe to 230 degrees.

Maintenance and Care
- Using a soft nylon scourer, wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
