This 28cm frypan from Scanpan Impact features a heavy impact bonded base with a disk of aluminium enveloped between 2 layers of high quality stainless steel to provide optimal heat transfer and retention. The walls are made from 18/10 stainless steel and the base has an 18/0 steel protector ensuring suitability for all cooktops including induction. Cast stainless steel handle with internal stainless steel rivets for added strength. Drip free pouring assist with fuss free cooking.
